It is also inspired by "fold.it", the crowdsourcing effort to discover the method through which enzymes do their job as catalysts to fold proteins.

Similar to folding proteins I find that the human process of coming to conclusions is equally mysterious in that we dont always know how the facts that are inputed into a person are twisted by their experience to form their opinions that ultimately define their behavior.

I do think that if we work to detangle that process we may be able to conquer the problems that we face today, or at least give the growing body of Ph.D graduates and candidates in their fields the recognition they deserve for the work they do to discover the cold hard truth of the world.

The days of finding a single catalyst, elected representative, to determine the direction in which our communities, big and small, will take is over, and we have stepped into an era of expanded human problem solving ability made possible by technology.

In order to do this we must do one simple thing. Methodically identify the flaws in our naive social contract and fix them.

We must first, see the world through each others eyes, something that was never possible when a single person had to solve the problems that society must tackle.

We must then agree on courses of action to define the terms of law that we will all live under, no matter how tedius they are.

We must finally, never stop questioning our decisions as we learn new things about the world. We must never be afraid to revise our system, for much like knowledge is infinite, so will our search to find the best way to live within this weird state that we call life
